Student Personnel Services are the services and programs of HEIs that are concerned w/ academic support experience of students to attain holistic development. Academic Support services are those that relate to student welfare, development, and those that relate to institutional programs and services. These are services and programs needed to ensure and promote well-being of students.

The objective of the OSA is to help create and maintain a healthy and student-friendly campus and an academic community that fosters the social, emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual and leadership development of students in relation to the college’s Mission and Vision.
The clinic is strategically located where it can be accessible and visible to all. The clinic is maintained to promote the health and wellbeing of the Brokenshire College community. It performs both preventive and curative functions to students and employees. A retainer Physician, Dentist and Nurse maybe hired to assist the College community.
A school canteen is available in the campus to provide a comfortable, affordable and fast food service to students.
The BC-HERALD is the official college student publication. Students can express their views on issues affecting them within the bounds of journalistic ethics. Students who wish to join as a publication staff may see the Director of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA).
The college library is equipped with an adequate collection of books, references, journals manuals, encyclopedias, dictionaries, local and foreign magazines and Philippines dailies. Research can also be done through the internet and CD-ROMS. The Library is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
To meet information technology needs, the College has computer laboratory to provide hands-on IT training to maximize the learning process.
The AVR is a place where seminars and forum can be conducted. It can accommodate 150 participants. The AVR is also available for use by community aside from BCSI with minimal rental fee
The Kubo is where students can meet and stay while waiting for their class. They can also be used as meeting place for recognized organization. It is required, however, for all students to maintain its cleanliness.
