GCP Vision

The Guidance and Counseling Program of Brokenshire College SOCSKSARGEN Inc. (BCSI) is an integral part of the institution’s education program and to be essential for every student’s success.

GCP Mission

The Guidance and Counseling Program is committed to provide the students with programs and services that emphasize the areas of their developmental needs (intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and psychological) that will help them grow and become a better person in society.



General Objective

    The Guidance and Counseling Program of Brokenshire College SOCSKSARGEN Inc. is an integral part of each institution’s total development, designed to promote the academic, career and personal/social development of all students.



Specific Objectives

The objective of the OSA is to help create and maintain a healthy and student-friendly campus and an academic community that fosters the social, emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual and leadership development of students in relation to the college’s Mission and Vision.

    I.
  • To assist BCSI students in understanding their abilities, interests, and personality traits to develop their potential.
  • II.
  • To assist the BCSI community, especially for students to lay a permanent foundation for sound decision-making and achieve their goals.
  • III.
  • To assist BCSI faculty for efforts to better understand the students through faculty’s in-service training. By working collaboratively with faculty, we can ensure that BCSI students receive the best possible education.
  • IV.
  • To assist the BCSI administration to continuously improve the educational process at BCSI.
